Has my order been shipped?
We provide you with an email containing all shipping details and the tracking number for your package. Please check your INBOX/SPAM folder for an email from [email protected].

How long does shipping take?
Shipments within the United States and the Caribbean may take 5-7 working days. Shipments to all other territories  may take 7-15 working days. Please keep in mind that orders placed after Friday 12 noon AST will not be processed until the next working day.

Where’s my order?
In the email containing your shipping details you will find a link that will guide you to the tracking page for your package. Please click on it and you will see where your order is currently located.

I have not received my order?
Before you contact us please check the link in the email containing your tracking details. If the shipper does not give you enough information about the package (e.g. delays due to weather etc), please reach out to [email protected]. Be sure to¬† state your full name, order number and email address used to place the order.

Do you ship to my territory?
SOCA ISLANDS LLC offers international shipping to all countries except Belarus, Burundi, Central African Republic, Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Zimbabwe.

When will my order ship?
Depending on several factors like destination and the size and quantity of your item(s), almost all orders are shipped within 2-7 business days from the order submission date.

Why is my order taking so long?
Reasons for orders being in production longer than usual could include:

  • The product is out of stock.
  • If there is an issue with an item in the order, the entire order will be delayed.
  • Large orders of 12 items or more may take additional time to fulfill.
  • If your order has not been updated or shipped after seven business days from submission, please send an email to [email protected].
