Has my order been shipped?
We provide you with an email containing all shipping details and the tracking number for your package. Please check your INBOX/SPAM folder for an email from merch@socaislands.com and/or explore@socaislands.com.

How long does shipping take?
Shipments within the United States and the Caribbean may take 5-7 working days. Shipments to all other territories  may take 7-15 working days. Please keep in mind that orders placed after Friday 12 noon EDT/EST will not be processed until the next working day.

Where’s my order?
In the email containing your shipping details you will find a link that will guide you to the tracking page for your package. Please click on it and you will see where your order is currently located.

I have not received my order?
Before you contact us please check the link in the email containing your tracking details. If the shipper does not give you enough information about the package (e.g. delays due to weather etc), please reach out to merch@socaislands.com. Be sure to  state your full name, order number and email address used to place the order.

Do you ship to my territory?
SOCA ISLANDS LLC offers shipping within the United States, the Caribbean and selected countries. For all other countries please email merch@socaislands.com. for further assistance.

When will my order ship?
Any order placed after 12noon EDT/EST will be sent out on the next working day. Shipping times are as follows:

  • Regular Mail within the USA and the Caribbean (delivery time 5-7 working days).
  • International Shipping may take 7-15 working days .
